Ecosys360, a product of Flakes Digital Solutions in Nairobi, is a retail POS system and business management platform (ERP) built for Kenyan shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware stores and wholesalers. Cashiers sell at the till and take M-Pesa by STK push, while stock, accounts, suppliers, staff and payroll stay in the same workspace. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install, and every plan includes the full suite of modules. You pay only for the number of branches and users you need, starting at KES 3,490 per month, with a 45-day free trial once your workspace is approved.

What is Ecosys360?

Do I need special hardware?
No. Ecosys360 runs in a web browser on a desktop, laptop or tablet. A barcode scanner and receipt printer are optional, and the POS also works with the device camera for scanning.
Does it work without internet?
Ecosys360 is a cloud system, so tills need an internet connection to record sales and sync stock across branches. A mobile hotspot makes a good backup connection. If an M-Pesa prompt fails, the cashier can record the payment manually.
Is Ecosys360 eTIMS compliant?
KRA eTIMS integration is in development on the sales invoice path. Contact support for the latest timeline before relying on it for tax invoices.
